Poor product-do not buy
I found this to be a poor and severely overpriced product. When I used it for the traditional doenjang jigae it did not really thicken at all and provided very little flavor to the soup. I am really disappointed. I was excited to find an organic doenjang. However it did not properly flavor the soup.I am also wondering if this is a truly non GMO and organic product as it does have the sticker from those agencies to verify. It came without packaging to keep it cool.

Good taste and longer aging
Miso is great for building the microbiome which is essential to health and has been a big part of my healing. The longer it's aged the better. I found this product to be good tasting and good part of my health protocol.

Real traditional Korean soybean paste.
This is a real traditional Korean Soybean paste. The taste is perfect. Its price lillte higher than others but it is worth enough.I hope I can buy it more bigger one.I love it.
