It's just good dog shampoo. No issues, no unique benefits. It results in a clean dog, who still hates the process of getting clean. Its soapy smell is a little nice but barely there.I'd tried "Oatmeal" because I'd hoped that it would aid one of my dogs' dandruff issues. After all, sometimes dandruff can be due to skin sensitivities. Yet, the shampoo's not advertised to help with dandruff. And it didn't help. So, if your dog has sensitive skin or you're not a fan of fragrances, then this might be one to get. Otherwise, a different shampoo would likely be fine too.By the way, I have tried Kin+Kind's "Patchouli" fragrance as well. It's initially strong, but then fades into a pleasant, milder aroma over the next day or two. The milder scent hangs around for a couple of weeks, and it's quite nice. My dogs didn't seem to mind that, either. And I noticed no difference in their skin or coat health between the "Patchouli" shampoo and this "Oatmeal" shampoo.

The shampoo made my dog smell soooooooo good. And the shampoo made my dog so incredibly soft and helped make grooming and brushing her long and thick coat so much easier. Highly recommend as well as their other good products.

I use this on my 6 month old goldendoodle. She is extremely sensitive to smells and she did not mind this one bit! It provides a good lather considering it is made with all great ingredients. We both love the smell and people are always commenting on how soft she is.I will definitely be buying more once we run out!

This was the best decision ever. My little kitten always gets complements about soft her fur is, it never fails. It leaves her hair sooo smooth and fluffy and shiny. Definitely going to keep buying this product. My partner and I are extremely satisfied with the results.

We chose this shampoo because it was unscented and for sensitive skin. There is also a short ingredient list and is oatmeal based. This one has been the best we have tried. This shampoo leaves our dogs with clean and super soft fur!

I have a medium-sized dog with a coat similar to an Australian Shepard. I think the idea of this product is great, but it didn't work for my dog. The first bath I used a third of the bottle and was generous in how I applied it all over body and into her coat. The scent did not last long after her bath which was a bummer because it really does smell good. On her second bath, we gave up and switched to a different shampoo that did work.Overall, the scent out of the bottle is great but there were a lot more disadvantages for us (value, scent durability, cleanliness). I do believe it is because of her thick coat. When it comes to my dog I am aware of the products I use which is why I chose this shampoo. But it's not worth it for my dog.FYI the company does caution you that natual soaps don't produce a lot of suds and their shampoo falls into this category.

I’ve been using this weekly for the last 2 1/2 months and still have plenty left in the bottle. Makes my pups coat soft and shiny. It has a nice scent that isn’t overpowering. Works well on my pup’s sensitive skin. Great ingredients.

I use the product for the first time two days ago. It does say unscented, but there is a light scent to it but there’s no scent added. Both cats coats feel very smooth. It helped them get rid of their winter coat. My one cat that has a lot of itching and dandruff it seems to have subsided it. I was forgiven for baths way faster than normal. Will be ordering again.

Just got it and used it once. So far so good. No big scent and seems gentle on my Yorkie's skin.

It’s dog shampoo…so it’s fine but i personally don’t love the scent.

My cat loves it! Used it 6 times so far. The lavender scent isnt too strong, mostly goes away after a week beside some areas where my kitten doesn't lick there that much.Does't foam much, but I guess you wouldn't want that cause it would stick too much on the fur.Will buy again for sure!
