Soap Box - Two Piece Version - Translucent White - Made in The USA!

The sticker on the soap dish is impossible to remove. I tried peeling it off, a razor blade, isopropyl alcohol, scouring powder and hot water. It leaves a gummy sticky glue on the surface that will stick to other things you're packing and collect dirt and dust. My next step is to either a. return it, or b. dump it in the garbage. A soap dish shouldn't take a 20 minute investment of time to get ready.

Nice soap box with a slim design. Like this better than the ones where the lid is attached. This lid can fit under the bottom when using the soap and is not in the way and will not break off with use. I have an older one like this that I have used for years, which I like better because it is smaller--better for traveling to save space. My older one is 3 7/8 x 2 5/8 and fits the smaller soaps perfectly. This larger one is 4 1/2 x 2 7/8. I don't know why the larger one is needed when these boxes are intended for travel; but, having not found this type of soap box anywhere else lately, I am very happy to find this one on Amazon.

After decades of soap boxes with broken hinges I found this one. I had one like it as a kid and it was bullet proof. This one looks just as good.

I don't know why soap dishes with hinges are purchased. Within a short period of time the hinges break. These, however, are great. They are sturdy and I don't have to worry about a piece breaking and not being able to use the soap dish. The two pieces stay together well and I'm glad I purchased 3!

I bought this to replace a soap dish that broke in two when I dropped this. I've dropped this two-piece soap dish several times and it endures. It's not waterproof--any moisture trapped inside will drip out afterwards. Also, the fit is rather tight, so don't put the top inside the bottom in the shower; you won't be able to pry it out with slippery, soapy fingers. Still, it's tough and durable and works well. good product.

You know, sooner or later, the attached-lid boxes will break, and the box will basically be useless. So only use them while traveling, and use these two-piece boxes for soaps at home.These are also basically the same thing I had when I was in the military.

I'm surprised at the people who did not like this box.It's expensive. It's made in USA.No it doesn't have "drain holes" (ok, you have not mastered the art of "not filling your soap box with water. I get it).I had one for 5 years, and lost it which is why I'm back here, buying another one, and writing this review.MADE IN USA.
