SoSu By SJ Dripping Gold Luxury Tanning Ultra Dark Mousse

I have tried most high end fake tans with varying success. Our household goes through a lot of tan, I’m a regular user & my teenage daughter uses for dance competitions. We’ve been using solely Dripping Gold now for about a year. It is easy to apply, good guide colour & no streaks. We usually leave on overnight, it does take a while to fully dry but end result is worth it. Definitely the darkest tan we have tried with no green tinges, lasts about a week if you take time to moisturise & fades nicely. It’s a reasonable price & we highly recommend this product

My daughter used this and the tanning side is ok she says. My problem with this stuff is the mess it makes on everything else. Bed clothes, towels and anything else she comes into contact with after she applies this gets covered in it. Spend so much time washing stuff after it’s unreal. My daughters tan looks pretty decent so she’s happy - I’m not 😤

Hands down my favourite self tanner. I have tried everything on the market to no avail. The undertone of this tan prevents you turning orange. It's super easy to apply and is relatively streak free. It does have the usual fake tan smell once the coconut/tropical scent has worn off (Yet to find a tan that doesnt), however it does fade once washed off in the morning. Will keep purchasing this.

Lovely even coverage

I have been using the face mist and 'dark' mousse for well over a year now. I bought the ultra dark to try as I always ended up doing two layers of dark anyway. I was really disappointed though. I've used it about 4/5 times now and I find the ultra dark transfers onto my bedsheets a lot more than the dark. In addition, when I wash it off the following morning, it seems to slide right off and I am as pale as if I had used the medium colour and it just never seems to develop as good. I wondered if there was a different formula with this particular mousse compared to the dark given how the colour doesn't develop as well and also seems to sit around the crease on my elbows each time and wear off everywhere else on my arms. I am a big moisturiser and exfoliator and I've gone back to other brands in between these 4 times I've used the ultra dark and don't have the same problem. I gave this a couple of go's, but I think I will be switching back to cocoa brown or bare by vogue as this is not worth the price tag
