Pangea Games Are Amazing
Out of all Pangea's games, this one is my all-time favorite. You play a pterodactyl and you fly around collecting eggs while dodging velociraptors, lasers, etc. and destroying them with various awesome weapons such as missiles and napalm. The flying is the best part about the game, and in my opinion makes it a lot more fun than the original Nanosaur where you're on the ground (although it's still a great game). The controls feel effortless, and maneuvering your character is never a challenge (it soon becomes like second nature). The objective of the game is simple and it doesn't involve a whole lot of strategical thinking although you'll need to understand how to effectively use various weapons. Although it's a third-person shooter game, it feels a bit like a 3-D platformer to me.The graphics are amazing. I feel like I am actually there, flying through the prehistoric world. I'm 19 and have been PC-gaming since I was a kid, but this game was still definitely a challenge. Yet totally doable once you get the hang of it.I would also recommend other Pangea games like Nanosaur (I), Otto Matic, Cro-Mag Rally (racing game), and Bugdom (all of which have a similar style to this game).

Good pc version of early Mac game
Cute basic little game. Quite easy for the kids and has different modes for head to head competition for two.

Nanosaur--Blast to the past, for my generation
I see Amazon doesn't have the first one for sale...At least I don't think they do. I'm not sure if I've played this one, but I have played the first game.I was introduced to Nanosaur in elementary school, probably around 4th grade. A lot of people loved it, and we'd play it when we had free time because it was installed on most of the computers. It was hard for us to find the eggs, but it was still pretty fun. Especially the cheat where if you double-jump off the tallest hill you can temporarily be invincible...Anyways, this game is pretty fun. Kids'll love it. I even want to get this for myself, and I haven't played it for 7 or 8 years. :D
