Cute mug for my accountant. Again, seller failed to put the requested personalized gift card in with the order... he didn’t know who it was from .. so a week after delivery I had to make an inquiry. 😕

It arrived BROKEN
It arrived broken. This was a Christmas gift for my boss which lives out of state. In order to replace this item , it needs to be returned. How am I supposed to return this if I am not in the same state and the mug is broken ?
