The most horrible product delivery experience ever
The most horrible product delivery experience ever! I ordered this product with a one day delivery option. On the day of delivery, I called up Amazon, to ask the delivery status of my product. They said they were sorry but the product wouldn't be delivered today. The extra amount charged for one day delivery would be returned. After about two more calls, and repeatedly telling them how badly I needed the product, they delivered it to my office address (and kept me waiting there) at 9.40 pm.
