Good Product
Received the product today. Works well with my Dell Precision 5520.Sleek and convenient.UPDATE: After using for a couple of months, the wire that connects to the laptop is having issues. The product came in a very tightly packed box and the wire was bent when received. Now, unless I setup the wire in a specific direction, it doesn't connect to my laptop. The packaging needs to be updated so the product isn't damaged like this.

Wrong product promotion for DELL Laptop 7390
DELL is wrongly promoting this product for laptop 7390 since the output power is very high.. This is heating the laptop to very high temperature and making it dangerous for the motherboard....EITHER DELL should support with right accessory and take this product back else this is redundant for 7390 since the laptop needs to be protected with right power adaptor

Does not work unless you have thunderbolt (Only type-c USB will not help)
Buy with caution, as amazon now only replace the product with the same model. You cannot return it completely. If the product is incompatible.If your laptop only has USB 3 type c (does not have thunderbolt like in Acer Predator 300) it can only be useful as USB extender.External displays will not be work.P.S : - In this range you get a better model in local market, you will have option to change if there is an compatibility issue. Avoid buying from amazon if you are not 100% sure about the compatibility.

Useless product
Because of the faulty docking station, I had replaced my Precision 5530 motherboard for three times. and not getting any support from Dell about a docking station.Never purchase any dell Accessories

Dell WD15 Monitor Dock 4K with 180W Adapter, USB-C, stops charging after 11 mos
03/12/2020: The docking station has stopped charging my XPS 15 9570 laptop after 11 months. I have run all Dell h/w diagnostics and the laptop USB-C port works just fine. The docking station is not charging up the laptop as it had previously. It is failing in its charging function.03/14/2020: Update. I want to thank eDealerTech for their quick response to my email. They decided to replace the failed docking station. You guys rock and for that, I've raised the Overall Rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

This arrived like it had been thrown in a box. Definitely was NOT new. I gave it a shot still and it would not continue to charge. Pathetic. Returned and bought elsewhere.
