Tandy Leather Mini Leather Punch Set 3003-00

Works great for my leather craft projects. Punches clean hole in 2-3 oz leather. I haven’t tried it yet on heavier leather but I bet it will work great.

Nice assortment for small holes. Well made and very sharp. I use them on a variety soft materials and thin cut softwoods. Wish I got them long ago.

My punches were sharp enough to use out of the package. I do not use them for leather but for other materials like rubber, paper, foam, cardboard, etc. The smaller sizes are harder to find than some of the larger sizes in other sets. These worked great for my application and I would recommend them to anyone needing small holes or small circular pieces of material for a project.

This tool is awesome! I used it on 11oz tooling leather. The holes I made were dead on and clean. The tapered shape allows enlarging the hole slightly for a nice tight fit for rivets or Chicago posts.

A nice variety of hole sizes with this product. Heads are very sturdy and will last a long time. Leather slug (punched) was a little difficult to get out of the punch but would come out eventually if you wanted to wait that long.

I used it to punch holes on a 3" wide belt I purchased for my pirate costume. The punch I used did an excellent job of punching the holes. The holes were clean and consistent.

Not very impressed, punches are quite dull. They don't cut through Cordura 1000 like my hand-held leather punch, but the hand-held punch has problems accessing certain areas where I want to punch holes. Inexpensive enough to not be worth returning.

Made life easier, solid materials, would have give 5 stars if it included a 1/4 punch, other than that, worth the $
