Not as advertised and no return?
The photo for this product shows a container of 3.5 ml, but when I got it, the container was less than 1/3 the size at 1.0 ml. No returns. This is good stuff, but they need to be truthful with their advertising or at least take returns. I hate being deceived like this.

Lifesaver for Winter/Dry Climate
I am a Licensed Esthetician and LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. For high altitude, fire season, or desert climates, this is just amazing! It will not create breakouts, and soothes dry chapped skin. Great for face and lips. I have used this item for 14 years now and am in love.

As another purchaser noted, this is for a 10ml container, not the 35ml container pictured. AND, the 35ml container sells for $5...

Arrived melted and deformed

Like the product. Dislike the small tin.
Been using Melem for years and really like the product in the dry winter months. It works great. Ordered the smaller tins this time. Bad idea. They are so small that the lid doesn't leave much of the bottom tub to hold in order to unscrew/open it. The bigger tins are much better. They need better packaging on the small tins. I won't buy the small tins unless they fix this. It was a huge turn-off.
