homeopathic flu/cold aid, that for me, works, for real.. it works.. been using for 2 decades plus.
ive been using Zycam since it first came out, i think over 24 yrs ago ?? it has only improved over the years. i most recently got sick while in Las Vegas ( 1000s of Asian tourists bringing over the freshest forms of the Flu.. hey, its where the flu starts every year.. not a disparaging remark ).. soon as i start to feel anything, a tickle, sinus, chest, i grab some Zycam. the nighttime version seems to make it a bit easier to sleep, its not a sleep aid, more a bit of a natural relaxer just like warm milk, camomile tea, etc. the fast melts are gone in.. a minute ?? so its easy to take, great flavor.. i take them while im sick, until i feel i have passed the recovery.. they seem to cut off days in recovery time, vs when i havent been able to get any, or ran out at home. truly recommend to take with you when traveling, as getting real prescription medicine on the road, cruise, or another country, may be more than problematic.

Great cold remedy.
I started to get a bug, sneezing coughing, took the ZICAM just as soon as it hit, it was completely gone by day 3. It really works. And a good value.
