Used this to darken a knife blade. Used a Qtip to wipe it on, let it sit for a while then rinsed it off and then sprayed with windex. Results were exactly what I was looking for.

Great product!
I like that it was in liquid form and I didn't have to mix it. The packaging was wonderful and there was no worries that it had leaked when received.

Used it fabricate small pcb.
Ferric Chloride worked on my pcb project. Worked in about 5-8 hours. Had time to monitor it's progress. I'll buy more from NightFire Elctronics in the future.

Used for metal patina
I purchased this to mix with "gun blue" for a fast acting patina on nickel. Works great in this application.

Ferric chloride PCB
Excellent product for the etching or darkening metals. If you are working with raw metal for artistic expression, this a great product to give it a creative patina. Let your imagination flow and you'll get the desired results.
