I've been taking the recommended 3 capsules daily for the last two weeks. I can't say I've noticed any difference in joint pain yet, but I've definitely seen an improvement in the health of my skin, nails, and hair since I started this. I've been using collagen for years now. I've tried different supplements. All ranged from take 6 to 12 pills a day. This particular one you only have to take 3 daily. That is a huge plus. Since taking them, I have noticed that I have a little more engery and have lost a couple of lbs without trying. I've tried a collagen powder before and I never could get it to dissolve easily and as I said with other brands you have to take a decent amount daily. With these it's nice to have a convenience of only taking 3 pills daily. However the reason for the 4 star is I don't totally care for the smell of them. I have to swallow them quickly or I will gag. My husband smelled the bottle and said it smelled like pet store pills and he is right, it does. More so it smells like a farm. Overall so far I like the product but not a huge fan of the smell. Too early to tell if they are working to help my hair growth but I'm definitely willing to continue to take them to see.

The amount to take seemed excessive but when I don't have time to put collagen in my coffee (or need to pick up coffee on the go) then these are a great alternative to make sure I get my daily collagen! It's important I take collagen due to hair loss and this makes sure I don't skip out on it. If you're skeptical, collagen does help with hair growth. All the hairs growing in are driving me crazy since they're still short and framing my face but better than being bald! These pills are easy to swallow so I didn't mind taking the three and a huge bonus is that this does not upset my stomach. Win win!!

I do believe that cologne supplement does a good job. This product offer ca. 4 gr (two tablets) which may be hard to swallow. The price is good
