This works great with the companion book. It adds more depth to the companion book. It has worksheets and activities to complete that help understand how pain effects your life and how your brain figures into the whole equation. I am glad I purchased this with the book. It helped me understand myself and my pain in conjunction with my physical therapist.

The book and the Workbook helped me understand my pain

I was skeptical but this workbook with physical therapy has helped me immensely.

It was good just less pages than expected but overall very helpful.

Good simple info, really fast read. My physical therapist recommended and it has been helpful in helping me change the way I think about my pain

PT suggested this book and went through it with my daughter and I. It is great at explaining pain fir those in chronic pain.

geeeeeeezzzz this "book" more accurately a pamphlet reminds me of my high school essays. Just use massive font and pointless pictures. Regular type font this quack could probably just mail out pamphlets. my thai restaurant menu has more info in it. major QUACK, so glad i know about my pet LION **insert largest eye roll possible here**
