Perfect for birthday party favors
The bags were very nice and sturdy. They held together with no problems at all (even with a 5 year old forcing things in them). The hats worked for the day as well. The kids loved them. They are flimsy (similar to the hats kids get from fire departments) but the kids still had a lot of fun with them. They were not intended to last a long time though the bags will last for quite some time.

Great quality for the price!
The media could not be loaded. The bags are little and durable. I was able to put quite a bit of little toys and candy inside. These will be perfect for party favors! The bags are well made and the fabric feels thick and sturdy so they won't tear. The hats are small for kids and a little difficult to get apart, so just be careful to not rip them. Great functionality and the bags have different little sayings on them. These are perfect for the construction themed party we are planning!

Cute hats, very small bags
These were really cute, but are pretty thin so we imagine that they won't last ling with a bunch of rough housing kids. We added the dump truck sticker just to give them something a little extra. The bags are super small and I can't imagine they would hold very much. This didn't matter to us as I had order some favor boxes and we weren't using the bags anyway. Overall, a very cute addition to the party.

Nice Bags, Hats were a little cheap
I'm giving 4 stars mostly because of the bags. The Bags are TOTALLY adorable, they're small but are of really good quality for some tiny gifts.As for the hard hats, well......I read all the reviews and thought I knew what to expect BUT I have to say I was a little disappointed even with my low expectations. They are SUPER THIN. As a decoration for your party, they would be totally fine, but if you would like the kids to wear them....eh, not so much. I was a little embarrassed to be giving them as a gift. But it is what it is.....they got them as gifts. I bagged them up and handed them out....
