Zikra L Shape Five Seater Sofa (Grey)

This has been beyond awful. The pictures looked great, so I wanted to buy this.I was so hyped to have a brand new couch. But When the product got delivered, I was thoroughly disappointed.It looked nothing like the pictures here, the pillows sewn in were all misaligned. The two pieces were of different colors. One had a missing leg. The pieces won't even fit together, one of them had arm rests on both ends. And the couch was hard as a rock, Like super hard. It took us 2 minutes to look at this disaster of a couch and decide we're going for a full refund.Thank God for the full refund system. I mean we took the leap of buying a couch online because of the full refund system, but it is awesome nevertheless, The pick up guys were helpful and the Amazon customer reps were good on the phone too.

Worst product ever. No quality check done on the product before delivery. Rotten& smelling product delivered. Don't ever opt for this.Horrible experience!
