I ordered this crown as a decoration for the center of a themed, round cake. The size worked well for my needs. It is made of a light metal substance and hand washed well for future use. It came in a small box suitable for storing it in, as well While a good size for a teddy bear or baby photo shoot I would be hesitant of safety precautions since it is metal so has the capacity to cause injury if mishandled.
