Lots of easy to follow workouts. Its really quiet so can be used anywhere in the house. Its small and easy to store. All the things I wanted.

After a reasonably thorough review of a range of massage plates both for price and specification, I chose this machine and can say, so far, I am very pleased with its features and performance. Excellent machine with a wide range of programmed settings that does what it says. This machine did arrive without the exercise chart but a message to the vendor quickly resolved that issue, The exercise chart could relate better to the pre-programmed settings to explain which exercise to use when.

I am very pleased with this machine. It is very powerful even at the low speeds. At the higher speeds you really feel as though you have has a good gym workout. If you are not so fit or even elderly, then this would be a great machine for getting your body moving, combined with some walking. I have a horrid bit of spare skin under my chin, after about seven sessions on this machine it is actually starting to get smaller and tighter. I can feel my waist getting vibrated, so it must be getting slimmer too. Only gripe was the generic wall chart that came with it. Not much use but easy to work out your own regime. I went or this machine without the stand as it is easy to store. Quite heavy though, but you would hope it would be. A great value f or money

Delivered very quick from ordering , works OK , only thing is there are no instructions for it , do you don't know what the set programs are , thee only thing that came with it was an exercises sheet for a completely machine

Excellent machine working very well, just hope it still does after long periods of use. It has very good rubber feet which hold it very securely on a tiled floor and a small rolling bar underneath which allows it to be wheeled along as it is a bit heavy to carry. Only down side is the instruction manual which has a chart showing the speed details of all 10 prefixed programmes but the printing is so very small you need a magnifying glass to read it. Also there is no instruction to tell you what benefits you get from the various programmes. It does come with a wall poster which shows different positions to stand for various exercises but does not show what speeds to use for these exercises, also the wall poster is designed for the power plates with vertical column and rails. So 5 stars for the machine but only 2 stars for the manual.

Only been using this for a couple of weeks. Plenty of programmes and nice and quiet, stores away easily.

Faulty product, contacted seller, who hasn’t replied. Very bad.

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. Well packaged & good quality machine. I have found this to be good quality & has a powerful motor. I can really feel it working out every muscle & feel A bit firmer for using it twice a day for the past few weeks.
