was excited the add said machine wash.But no the tag says hand wash, lay flat to dry, no bleach, no dry clean, no iron (it came folded up and I cant iron the folds out). the fabric is very thin you can put news paper under and almost read it (I tried and I can see photos and large print but cant quite make it out). I would say pass on this one and looking for something else.

These lightweight linen table runners are exceptionally nice, especially considering the price.Because they’re made out of a lightweight linen, don’t expect a hearty, heavy, tablecloth-weight. The fabric is a very fine, plain-weave linen, a little bit “airy” but very pretty. It has a nice hand and feels good.The runner washes well, but keep in mind that it is LINEN (not polyester, not cotton, not a blend), and therefore it is likely to need ironing after laundering. If you want to eliminate serious ironing and you have a large enough countertop, I suggest hand washing (you can use a machine, but it will increase the wrinkles), and, when it’s still wet, lay it out directly on your clean countertop (works best on granite or marble or tile), smooth it out completely, pressing the wet linen onto the countertop, squaring it up and stretching it out slightly. Then just leave it there to dry. As it dries, it’ll stick to the countertop. You can peel it off when it’s dry, and it won’t need much - if any - ironing. If it still needs a little, just mist it with water and iron it with a hot, dry iron. It’ll look lovely. incidentally, you can do the same thing on a large glass mirror (like a bathroom mirror) - it works even better on glass!The hemming job is super precise, and the corners are very neatly mitered. Really impressed with the finish job on these!As long as the company maintains this standard of quality and this price range, you really can’t go wrong with these if you’re looking for an elegant, affordable, and attractive table linen.

Highly recommend!! I was so pleased with this table runner, that I bought a second one in navy!! The quality is very nice, actually for the price I was expecting much less. It is linen so I had to steam it and I’m sure after the first washing it will be all wrinkled again because it’s truly linen, but that’s what you expect when you want 100% linen. The stitching and sizing is very high quality as well.

I looove these so much. I wash them almost daily and they’ve held up really well. I wash them on cold with Wolite, take them out of the washer as soon as the cycle is finished and lay them flat on the table to dry. I have ironed them and they iron wonderfully. With minimal effort, I’ve gotten them completely wrinkle-free. I actually prefer the slightly wrinkled look though—I think it looks really chic. I haven’t put them in the dryer, so I can’t comment on that.I love these so much, I ended up buying twelve placemats. I looked everywhere online and you can’t beat the price or colour selection here.Yes, it’s a little extra effort to wash linen placemats regularly, but they really elevate the every day experience of eating. To me, it’s worth it!

Classy! Packaged simply and beautifully in slim cardboard box tied with burlap type twine. True navy color I was looking for, very versatile. Used it as runner on old oak kitchen table with wooden bowl of mini gourds as part of fall theme. Love the navy with the fall colors! Perfectly stitched, deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!( Best to research linen before ordering if it's new to you: it's a naturally wrinkly fabric! I iron on high while damp, with a damp sheet between iron and linen.)

LOVE this runner. We needed something to dress up our table for Thanksgiving, and this was perfect. The material is nice, especially for the price. My only complaint is that I ironed the whole thing after coming out of the package, but it was still slightly wrinkly, so I put it in the dryer and when it came out it 20 minutes later it looked like it had been wrapped in rubber bands for weeks - extremely wrinkly and way worse than before. However, I won't hold that against the runner because it may have been my dryer more than the material. We got loads of compliments for Thanksgiving on our tablescape and I bought coordinating placemats. I especially love the neutral color because I can dress it up a million different ways in the future!

I searched for a long time for lilac cotton/linen/fabric placemats. The color is exactly what I was looking for, but the quality is that of a napkin and they are super, super thin and quite see through. I'm pretty disappointed since I really thought I found a great placemat. I wish they were at least double or triple the thickness especially for the price.They also are quite wrinkley which at least means no formaldehyde was used (a plus!) But I do think if they were a bit thicker they would not be nearly this wrinkley.

These are beautiful. The my clean well and iron easily. I have bought several sets of the napkins and also the matching table runner.

I loved these when they arrived, but after carefully following directions and washing them gently, they look like old rags and they don't have the same luxurious "feel" they did before. Will likely return them.

I purchased these for a christmas gift so wont know how the person likes them for awhile.

Is this a joke! Almost 23 dollars for this piece of kleenex. The dimensions weren't even right. Horrid quality.
