Very good product - I make a cup or two before bed. Very relaxing and helps me get a good night's sleep. Seh-haw appears to be a hidden nutritional gem, too. Lots of unique flavonoids and antioxidants. It's a bold taste, which I don't mind, and adding a small slice of lemon to your cup gives it a whole new flavor.

I tried this along with a gymnema tea as they are supposed to have a synergistic hypo glycemic effect, however i can barely stand the taste of the gymnema tea, unlike this tea which has a pleasant mild taste. I now tend to drink this tea alone away night and notice a reduction in my fasting blood sugar of about 15-20 points on average.

I couldn't believe the flavor of this "tea" the first time I tasted it. It has such a pleasant aroma, strong yet mild... It is unlike anything else I've ever tasted, so I really have nothing to compare it to and no words to describe it. But I can say I truly love it. It has quickly become my favorite evening treat.

Excellent herb and VERY RARE to find .. i won’t hesitate to purchase more in the future

I've been to Senegal and have had this tea every morning for breakfast, there wasn't any mint. A suggestion is to not put so much mint in the mixture and give me what is being advertised, kinkeliba. I trusted that this would be what I was looking for so I made two orders and I got more of a mint tea versus kinkeliba.

Delicious! I love it! If only it could be bagged into tea bags!
