Mostly Nice, A Couple of Flaws
I am mostly happy with this ironing board. It's a nice, wide surface that gives me lots of room for laying out ironing, folding, and pattern pieces for sewing. The iron tray on the end with the hanging bar for hangers is nice and solid, and so is the linen shelf below the main working surface. The only things I am not thrilled with are:1. The large, molded plastic of one of the legs appears to have been damaged (cracked) in transit.2. The cover is quite rough and stiff, but not very padded. I'm just used to a little more cushion on my ironing board pad.3. The legs don't appear to have any locking mechanism once it's folded up, so if you pick it up by either the top or the legs when it's folded up, it will just fall open. I don't know how to safely store it hanging on a door or wall as a result.Otherwise, though, fit's a pretty nice ironing board.

Love my Minky Pro Iron Station. Hangs on backside of my utility door when not in use.
I upgraded my iron to a Rowenta DG84 steam iron. I had an iron from over 30 years ago. The old iron sits in a wall cabinet with a drop out small ironing board. I needed a bigger surface and an iron that actually worked with the steam feature as mine had quit. This ironing boad is awesome. It has a metal rack on one end for the iron to sit in, and a small shelf under the iron for use as needed. It folds easily and I hang it on a rack on the backside of the door of my utility. It stores flat that way with the door opening all the way. So convient and great for the largers projects I'm working on now.

Great Ironing Board for Some
This board was purchased to replace one that was wobbly all the time. This board was bought as a replacement for onethat would not quit wobbling. Well, this item does not wobble at all. It came at a 20 percent discount and is extra wideat 17 inches. The length is four feet even. The board makes ironing so much easier, I can't begin to tell you all. However, it does sit rather low, and I am 5' 8". So if you are taller than I am, you may want to consider another board, but for those of you who are the same in height or shorter, please consider this board for your ironing needs. By theway, it is infinitely adjustable as well.

It's wobble
It's an okay product. It's not as heavy duty as I had hoped for. Like other reviews mentioned, the biggest flaw of this iron board is the legs.

Nice Addition to My Sewing Room
I hate ironing. I grew up the oldest of 6 kids. Back in the daythere was no permanant press, so of course the ironing for our Catholic school uniforms fell to me. Anyway, I had an old rather unstable board. This board is way more stable with the leg design. I do love the width of the board. I sew, and this is so much nicer to press my fabrics on. I also ironed my Christmas table cloth, and it was easier with this board. So far I love it. And it is pretty! Looks like surf board! I still don't like ironing, but it is nicer with this board. Nice addition to my sewing room.

great board
The ironing board itself is great. The shipping cost was outrageous at $38!

board warps
I really like the height of this ironing board and I also love the handy iron caddy. What I don't like is that it warps in the middle. It must be from the heat of the iron because when I finish ironing the warp goes down. I can't return it because I threw the box and the cover that came with it away. The cover was too thin to even think about using. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the warping.

spot weld on one part prevents cover being pulled taut
Poor pre delivery inspection or spot weld on one leg of support for Iron would have been noted. This weld prevents cover being tightly pulled in the area between iron rest & the end of the board. Such a pity as the width of the board is very effective in use. I have the skill to remove the offending spot weld & now the cover fits as it was designed to do. Pity about the poor workmanship in assembly & secondly that it was not detected before dispatch

Very sturdy large ironing board with good, safe iron rest
Ironing made easier by large board. Iam quite tall 5’ 7” the adjustable height was fine for me.Only thing is it’s thin board cover. So Iam ordering a ironing board cover for extra padding. On the whole very good quality for price. Would definitely recommend.

Minky Pro Iron Station
It is sturdy and It is a very good width. Unfortunately it does not go up to the height I am used to. It does not appear to lock fully closed when down. For the price it is a good deal.

Excellent quality and sturdy.
This is a good quality product and I can see it lasting for a long time. All parts (legs, release mechanism, moving parts) are simple and look as if they won't buckle or snap - as they have with my previous iron boards. They main attraction for me was how the legs are one continuous piece of metal, as opposed to 2 individual poles welded together about half way up like on many other boards. Also, I use this with a heavy steam generator iron and the board seems capable of sustaining the weight and instability caused by it. Again, comparing to a previous board which caused the legs to bend. Finally, the board itself is nice and wide allowing for a greater surface area to iron on, making large sheets etc a doddle. I've added an additional reflective layer under the cover that comes with the product which helps reflect the heat back to the underside of material, making the ironing easier.Highly recommended.

Great board but quite big.
Great ironing board very sturdy. But confused as to why the lever to put the board down is on the wrong side underneath but not that much of a problem, wonderful if you are left handed.
