Good for PC Case
I’m a girl and I’ve never had to cover anything in vinyl before so I was a little hesitant to try this. I really wanted my PC case to be a matte black but unfortunately it was only available as a white case. Anyway I was going to spray paint my entire case but felt too lazy to take all the parts out and put it back together again that’s when I found this product and how easy it was to apply. So I said why not, I’m glad I stuck with the vinyl idea because as you can see in picture it came out great than what I imagined. I’m still going to spray paint the panels that can come off but I’m glad I was able to do a good job with the white corners of the PC case. No complaints the color is great, the adhesion feels pretty strong and cutting it was a breeze when using a utility knife and scissors.

This stuff is great!
I've tried a few other brands and there's no comparison. The 3M 1080 and 2080 is the best there is! It is easy to work with, super pliable, and easy to adjust if you don't get it right the first time you lay it down. I bought the matte black and used it to wrap some interior trim pieces on my car that were originally equipped with a soft touch coating. Over time that soft touch coating gets scratched and peels off. This vinyl was the perfect replacement, with my car interior looking as good as it did when I drove it off the dealer lot.

Not a bad product
So I was doing this to repair chips on my fender flare on the bed of my pickup. I had cut out a template, and then trimmed the vinyl to match. I then laid it out to make sure it was the right size. When I was going to apply it, it took a very VERY long time. If you want a smooth surface on the vinyl and you are working with something that has any curve, be prepared to struggle with this. It does not apply so easily like the little instruction card. I would NEVER attempt to use this on a whole car, it would look like crap because you CANNOT and I mean, CANNOT get a wrinkle or little bubble free surface.Don't get me wrong, it still looked good, but since I am so AR any little bubble was a failure to me. And heating it up after, does not smooth it out, and DO NOT try to heat it while applying, it gets super thin and then sticks to itself very easily, it get about as thin as plastic wrap if you try to heat it while applying. But, for my purposes, it did a good job, the pitted paint is hidden, and the lines on the vinyl will be blackened by my polish (there is a slight white line from where you cut the vinyl, and it is very clear on a black truck)Pros: High Gloss finish looks good, parts that were flat are flawlessCons: Hard to work with if you are not on flat, top layer of clear plastic does not stay on and then causes issues with application, NOT POSSIBLE to do a wrinkle free bubble free installation on any curved surface (unless you are a professional I suppose) Limited Ikea like instructions.

Easy to apply with a little bit of heat!
I used this to wrap my side fender accents and my kia logos. It was much easier than other brands, and air bubbles were very easy to get rid of. If you’re brand new to wrapping like I am, make sure you buy enough for trial and error. It’s good to note that it’s easy to remove if needed, but will not come off due to weather etc.It does a decent job of curving but using heat definitely helps.I’ll be buying more to tackle my window trim next!

Good Quality - Color Accurate
The product seems to be of good quality and the color in the photos seems to be very accurate with the product color.I plan to use it as a decorative trim for the cargo trailer we're converting into a Harley hauler.Hopefully the color will match the Bar & Shield logos we're orderingIt was nice to be able to order a sample to compare.I plan to purchase enough to do vertical stripes on the trailer.

Product is is good but color...
I'm looking for a dark matte red and I had no idea how hard this would be. I know they say colors look different online but with the amount of things I buy on Amazon, I've had maybe a handful of encounters where colors didn't match.Regardless, the red looked perfect on here. Even better than I was willing to settle for. It came and I was a little shocked at first. I just stood and stared at it. It seriously made me immediately think of christmas wrapping paper. A deep maroon with a deep shine. Like velvet. I think I could have done it if the shine aspect wasn't in it.I've gone through three colors on here. My best advice even though I didn't want to, was buy the sample cards on anything you want to try. Bring them out into the sun if they are going to be put in or outside of your car. When you see the difference from online and in person you'll thank yourself for not wasting time ordering something and thinking you're going to start your project. Yeah it's a couple bucks and I do NOT like "wasting" money but after ordering three colors and having to send back, I'd slap myself in the head when I started looking for the vinyl. Don't pass up the opportunity. For those that don't have the options, scour the reviews for comparisons of what the reviewer said the color looked like. Check out the pictures too. See if they offer free returns and if no pictures or free returns, gotta make the hard decision. The product itself is great. I've never had a hard time with 3m 1080 or 2080. 1080 is more forgiving because it's thinner but if you stretch it too much it tears or makes stretch lines. 2080 needs more manipulation but it is not difficult and you can stretch it out a bit more to save any mistakes or difficult spots. Either one you're good and it takes practice. I can't tell you how much I've gone through. Yeah I'm a perfectionist but also noob. If you can take the trim off your car, do it! If not, damn it's a mother. You can't get around corners and "lock" it in as much or stretch it to lay smooth and grap the edges. Sometimes you can get away with it and others you can't. BE PATIENT with yourself and when you start telling yourself you suck, just remember everything new takes time to learn. And sometimes, even the professionals will tell you, I wouldn't do that either. (I have a guy who PPF'd my truck and he laughed (politely) and gave me kudos for still going at it. Hey, it's turned into a hobby and some stuff has actually worked!Sorry for the rant. Just check the colors and if you're not winning, sometimes the wrap professionals are the best source. Make a visit and they'll be happy to show you the insane amount of colors. If you get a bad vibe, go somewhere else.Good luck and happy wrapping!

Decepcionante
No es acabado aluminio, es acabado plástico perlado cepillado blanco, ni siquiera al ser serie 2080 cuenta con película de protección para la instalación, si se raya al instalar así se queda, muy frágil y se rasga con facilidad

Seller should make sure to protect the product and not let it get flatten unnecessarily.
