Too short for my dual flush kohler
My model was listed as compatible but it was too short and very hard to tighten so that water would leak into bowl. I had to glue some empty ink pen tubes to so that flush button touches the mechanism to flush. Thinking of trying to fix the leaky old one and put it back but it wasnot easy to remove.

I made a mistake
I think that I could have replaced small parts of this device instead of the whole thing. This is a newer design that is very well made but gaskets still wear out with chlorinated water.

Very short and very loud
First, it's not a Kohler product. It's produced by Fluidmater. The valve works, but it's not high quality. The setting are extremely difficult to adjust. But worse, the valve closes with a loud "THUNK!" Would have been okay except for the noise. May be suitable for commercial installation, but not a quiet master bath. Also the unit is very short! You may need new actuator push rods too. After two weeks of living with the noise, I replaced it with Kohler 1072320-CP Replacement Part. Which is also NOT made by Kohler but Gerberit.

Exactly as expected
Old valve had trouble sealing, decided to get a whole new unit instead of trying to fix the rubber seal.Just replaced the top flush piece and everything was fixed, no more leaking.

it fits in but it is to short in high and i cant use it has to be 11 inches long
