This did not work for us. So disappointed with the lack of help from Aquatiere. Water was hard after just two weeks from changing the resin, instead of the three months that is advertised. Would not have minded if it had to be two monthly but two weekly would be crazy and very expensive. Tried to seek help and sort it as really wanted this to work, as did not want a salt water system. When it was installed the water showed no hardness on the scale provided but this does not last. We even offered to upgrade with Aquatiere if they could help us find the problem. Calls were not returned as promised and emails were less than helpful, waited too long for a response and then just got one line replies which were not helpful. This was installed at the beginning of February and so you can see that we tried our best to make a go of this. We think it could have been a great system if Aquatiere took the time to help their customers sort any issues. We have to say that this is probably one of the worst online customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Bought direct with Aquatiere not through Amazon.
