For anyone that doesn't get a lot of natural sunlight, this is essential. Even helps alleviate mood if you have vit d deficiency.The softgels are easy to swallow and do not seem to cause any side effects.

Fraud product! No Vit D as it claims.
I bought it some months ago. After using it, I found that it DOES NOT HAVE VIT D as much as it claims. I find Shelcal HD 500iu contain more VIT D than this "ioth idaily D 1000iu".Simply put, this a pakka fraud product ioth daily d. Trust me, if u want VIT D, then buy Shelcal HD.I had pimples and when I use Shelcal HD, the pimples will cure in less than 2 hours because of its real VIT D content. But even if I take 4 of these ioth idaily D capsules at a time, my pimples won't get cured at all.

Good vitamin D supplement
I came to know that vitamin d deficiency is affecting not just the bines but several other organs. Even good blood circulation requies vit d. Though it could be naturally generated from sun light, surveyies found that most people suffer from mild to moderate d defociency. Taking supplements is good. I bought this in lightning deal and happy for the price and quality.
