So comfortable in the hand. If you press even slightly hard onto the paper, as you do with ball points or biros, you will feel the inserted refill move up and down ever so slightly (maybe a millimetre) which makes you think that the refill does not fit correctly. Either it doesnt, which is a possibility, OR you need to use it differently and let this pen glide across the paper. When you learn to do that you will experience a new kind of writing pleasure. I think that if the refill also did not move slightly with too much pressure, it would seem better quality to everyone, but I adore this pen and it gives me the greatest pleasure to write with now that I know how to use it. It uses gel ink and it is utterly effortless.BEWARE however as the ink refill I had lasted no more than 3 weeks! And I have not written very much at all. At 7 pounds for 2 cross refills, this pen could end up costing you 42 extra per annum!

Really good value for money.

These are simply the best pens I've bought in a long time - they write beautifully and the quality does not deteriorate. I've bought 7 of them so far, 4 for me, 3 for others - need I say more ?

I have three of these pens in different colours. They are so comfortable to write with (and I am left handed). Ink flows smoothly and well and the refills last a long time.

I was initially somewhat hesitant about spending this amount of money on a pen but my goodness I'm glad that I did as its a wonderful pen.Its very well balanced in the hand and silky smooth on the page. It's very attractive to look at so I will be happy to display my wonderful pen at every opportunity.
