My search for wireless earbuds ends here!!I was getting so tired of wires tangling constantly, dragging and dangling everywhere I go. Especially during running, the wires brush my face and it's extremely irritating. After searching for a couple of weeks, trying on a few different brands and styles in local stores, I finally decided to go with the TronicMaster after seeing the removable and bendable earhooks, really didn't want to worry about losing them after seeing so many cases of people dropping/losing their earbuds while running. And I got to say, this has been a pleasant experience from the moment I opened the box.Packaging was great, very sturdy. The goodies inside are even better! The earbuds case isn't too big, nor too small, enough space to keep the earhooks connected inside the case. 4 pairs of eartips for various sizes, standard pore size, which means I can use my old earbuds' memory foam tips if I wanted! No matter how big the eartips are, the earbuds still fit in the charging case easily. They really thought this through on this design!Make sure to follow the instructions on peeling off the little plastic thingy on the connector, so it starts charging. Didn't take very long to charge, definitely less than a 2 hour meeting. The bluetooth connected fast, no hassle there, auto-disconnected when charging, auto-connected when taken out of the case, absolutely wonderful!Connection was steady through a 4 hour musical work session!! 0 drops!!!! Sound quality is slightly better than regular apple earbuds, definitely beat my expectations. Now I can finally put those wired earbuds away for good!Since I'm still in the office, can't run around with them just yet. Going for a jog later and more updates to come after a weekend outside.Edit: used it while jogging, the hooks worked wonders, never dropped once!

The earbuds are pretty decent, but when I first received the product, it was a little confusing to get them to work. After examining the user manual together with several tries, I finally found the little insulation plastic on the back of the wireless earbuds. Everything worked fine after peeling the plastics off, and the sound quality exceeded my expectations. Great product overall, but I highly recommend the seller to clarify or make more specifications on first time use, especially about the insulation plastic.

I've tried a lot of major brand bluetooth headphones including apple Airpods and Bose. I returned them at the end because I'm not an audiophile and I felt the sound quality does not justify the price I paid(quite expensive too be frank). I hesitated when buying these earbuds, but now I'm pretty satisfied with them. They are very comfortable(with ear hooks) when exercising and they are also very good at sweat-proofing.

Works great for my work out. The buds are a little large but I have tiny ears

***see below response...these folks stepped up!***Recently purchased and was very challenging to get both ear buds to connect. After half a dozen resets, finally sync'd. That said, left ear bud keeps dropping in and out every minute or so for a second or two. And no, distance is not a factor as my phone is within a foot from where I sit and it's only the left ear bud. Most likely going to return.

My husband really enjoys these headphones. They stay in his ear and they sound great!! The customer service is great! He had a problem with one of the earbuds and they responded quickly to his email and replaced them expediently. These headphones are awesome!!!

I had a few issues with the first set I got. But without hesitation or questions they were replaced in no time and work really well. Love the packaging too. I could not be a happier customer and would definitely recommend and buy from them again.
