We have a 1-year-old cattle dog who LOVES to chew and LOVES to play tug. She is 60 pounds of pure muscle, and can chew through a supposedly tough toy in minutes.So first and foremost, we do NOT leave toys out for her to play with unsupervised, because she would destroy them in short order, no matter how "chew-proof" they purport to be.We use this lovely dragon for games of tug, and it is very durable for that use. The long body gives you some room to get a good grip while keeping your hands at a safe distance (really important when your dog gets as excited about tug-o-wars as ours does). And it can withstand long sessions of really powerful tugging and pulling with ease.Now as far as chewing goes, it is above average. Occasionally our pup gets a chance to sit down for a chew (usually when we get distracted after a game of tug and forget to put it away), and she always goes for the frills along the back, and the wings. She can chew a small hole in the toy within 5 minutes or so, but with most toys like this, she'd have the wings off entirely within the same period of time. So I give it a fairly good rating for its strength, but know that if you have a power chewer like ours, it's still not a toy that you can just leave around for unsupervised chewing.We are on our third dragon in a year, which is a pretty good record. It is among the best toys we've found for playing tug.

We are fosters who work with several rescues (three of our dogs were our fosters at one time). We have fostered 40 dogs since 2017. Let me start by saying we have 4 dogs of our own, an American Staffordshire Terrier/ Boxer mix, A Pitbull /everything mix, a Dalmatian / Boxer mix and a (mostly) German Shephard / Pit Bull mix. We also had a lab / Everything mix and currently have a Pitbull / Bull Dog mix as fosters since we started using these Godog Chew Guard toys. Two of them are quite possessive of their woobies, all are aggressive chewers, tuggers etc. We have bought about 6 of these Godog Chew guard toys in the last 6 months and they have all lasted quite a while. The longest so far is approaching 6 months. All are still in pretty good shape. No large holes or stuffing pulled out and most have gone on a couple trips through the washing machine (and the crinkle paper still crinkles afterwards). All are still actively played with all the time and are still holding up quite well.Folks, when buying ANY dog toy, there is NO SUCH THING as an indestructible dog toy. Dogs Chew and maul their toys. If your dog is a chewer, throw them a bone, antler, rawhide something so they aren't taking that frustration or nervous energy out on destroying their toys. We have recently found giving our dogs some antler to chew on seems to deter them from chewing on the soft toys nearly as much.

I originally bought this toy for my roomie's dog, a 95-lb German shepherd with aggressive chewing habits who was nearing the end of his life. He played/chewed *hard* on this toy & the only damage it took was a slight tear to one wing. When I got a puppy, this was the first toy I gave her, & it's one of her very favorites. She chews it often & we've played fetch & tug with it hundreds of times. Now one of the legs is coming off & there are a couple of small holes, but that's it, & it still squeaks, even after two strong chewers and a ton of playtime. I came back here to buy another toy from this brand & decided to leave this position review, too. No chew toy will last forever, but this one lasts a long time!

We call this toy Dagon, I am about to buy a 3rd Dagon to put up for emergencies lol. This toy goes everywhere with my pup who is almost as big as her, we've had tons of toys from GoDog but Dagon is far and away the best. Once the ears and nostrils come off she never rips it again. Only toy to live this long. Will buy more and multiple

This is one of my dog's favorite toys. He's had it for nearly 6-7 months now and most of the toy is still standing however the back spikes did not survive the bitting. He loves his green dragon but he takes it everywhere. Now it stinks and no amount of washing can stop it, so I got him a new one.

This toy is adorable and the squeak is not too annoying. Our pup Popcorn is 14 lbs and just over a year. Within 5 mins, she already ripped one of the nostrils off and tore a decently sized hole in it. Not indestructible, but, to be fair, Popcorn is the destroyer of all toys we’ve tried so far.

Our girl loves this toy. It was a race to get squeaker out but it's remained intact since.

My dog has chewed through every toy I've bought him within 4 days ever since he got his adult teeth. Even when I'd do research and find a "tough" toy, they never lasted. I found out about this toy on reddit and really didn't expect it to last, but it survived 2 months of constant play before finally having its squeaker ripped out a few days ago (RIP). Even the squeaker itself was durable, and a bit bigger than normal so less of a choking hazard. Really recommend this for all pups who love to chew!

El peluche es lo máximo. La mejor calidad, el color es súper lindo y a mi perro le encanta. Lo mejor es que no se ha roto para nada, y mi perrita es experta en romper peluches. Súper resistente!

Es como un muñeco de trapo solo tiene relleno en la cabeza h patas, no es un peluche tal cual pero es un juguete chillon muy resistente mi perro le da buena batalla y no esta roto ni descosido

Se ha convertido en el favorito.Es muy suave y no tiene relleno, por lo que no hay peligro de que se traten eso en caso de llegar a romperlo.Pero es el juguete de tela más resistente que he visto, aguanta la fuerza y el tipo de juego de una cachorra tipo pitbull... eso si hace muchísimo ruido con el que ella es feliz, pero nosotros a veces no tanto.

Todos os pelúcias de pet que comprei não duraram 1 dia. Este foi o único Pelucia que meu pet não destruiu. Vale super a pena. Produto de ótima qualidade.

I have 2 Lakeland terriers who make it their mission to destroy every toy I buy them. Thooey normally take 2-3 days to destroy the best kong toys. This one is still intact I cannot believe it. I would recommend for serious chewers
