Slovaks of the Greater Mahoning Valley

I bought the book because I had been told that my mother's side of the family was from Slovakia. Then to verify, I got a 23and me kit. Found out my mom's family was from Poland and Ukraine with a little Russian. I'm neither proud nor ashamed...just glad I'm human.

Read it to find out about the people of my Ost-Euro background. A nice book of hard working and a vital people.

This book shipped immediately and in excellent condition. We grew up in Youngstown and my wife's grandparents were Slovak immigrants. Unfortunately, we transferred out of Youngstown in 1986. I'm giving her this book for Christmas and I'm sure she'll love it. Thank you
