Realistic
If you want to have a flat stomach/small waistline appearance after putting on a waist cincher, then you have unrealistic goals. If you want to appear a tad bit slimmer in the mid-section area, then I'd recommend this cincher. Be warned that it is not the easiest to get onor take off because of the durability; which is a good thing. It is comfortable and not noticable under close that are not skin tight. I do see a slight difference, however, not a full size down. I realize for the look that I want to achieve I will need a plastic surgeon for that. But, any difference that is noted is on the plus size, no pun intended

It’s comfortable
This is a nice light comfortable waist trainer. I got a medium thinking it would take me a few weeks to be able to close it on the last row of clips, but I was able to close it on the last row of clips as soon as I put it on. I had a tummy tuck about a year ago and I sometimes still feel like I need some compression on my lower abdomen especially at the end of the day. This waist trainer provides comfortable compression for me. I am 5’3”, 132 pounds and 27 inch waist. I am going to keep this one for at night and also order a small for during the day. Nice product.

Not as tight as I hoped it would be. Can't be worn under a tight dress as the "bones" can be seen. Otherwise, worked well for the outfit I needed it for.

This product is very comfortable and soft and I can wear it all day with no problems. It doesn't squeeze the wrong way like some similar products can. I was worried it was going to be difficult to put on since there's no buttons or zippers but it slid right on without issues and even helped with the wearability of this piece.

Worst spanx I’ve ever had, all the iron support come out and hurts badly and then it starts to roll up without the support making it impossible to wear, it also raped , worst $10 I’ve ever spent
