Awful product and customer service
The product has no audio. Buttons difficult to manipulate. WiFi setup is terribly confusing. Not worth the price. Ladybug's Store only gives me 10 days to return and then they closed it. I requested to reopen the return process right away but they simply ignored it. will NEVER buy from Ladybug again.
