Works as expected

This is a decent size and when connected to a good air pump it draws in all the crud from the pond floor. I rarely have to vac the pond floor now.

Like many other I built my pond without a bottem drain . This product is amazing it’s like having a bottem drain ur this is removable and cleanable !!

Don’t understand why the parts don’t click into place, having to seal parts together is annoying.

Fantastic piece of kit, every pond holding koi should have a bottom drain but not everyone wants to risk leaks from pipework running under concrete or fibreglass or a liner. Some genius came up with the retrofit bottom drain!Connected to your pump this thing will suck everything off the bottom of your pond to cycle it though your filter system!Incredibly easy to put together with the options of connecting to flexible pipe or hard pipe its great. This version also comes with the air pipe on it which through the power of uplift of the bubbles helps draw even more dirt to your special little pipe!I ordered Saturday morning, arrived Sunday morning, very happy with the service!
