I have been baking everday since I've received these and I love it! I've used the 9" and 10" a lot and I have no complaints! I haven't used the 8" but I'm sure it stands up to the other two! I've made many mousse cakes and cheesecakes with these and they come out looking beautiful each time! They also slide right off with a lil nudge and there's no sticking to the sides or underside! Stands up we'll in the oven and clean up is easy!!!UPDATE:Sadly going to report my springform pans have a bit of rust around the bottom lip of the pan. The day I received these baking pans on July 18th I have been using them about 5 times a week mainly using the 9" and 10" baking pan. I bake a lot! As of today which is August 9th, I was cleaning both my 9" & 10" pan right before dinner (I always clean them right away after I remove whatever it is I baked in them and then I wipe it off with a paper towel) well, as I was wiping them clean I noticed a lil few streaks of a light orange brown color on my paper towel. I thought it was some food residue at first glance but as I looked closer, a bit of rust had formed around the inside bottom lip of my pan. Now, when I open my 10" springform pan it's a little hard to open because of the rust. I was totally in love with these plans but with them rusting while I haven't even had them for a month has turned me off. I have another springform pan which is a 10" that I have had for almost a year and there is no rust on it. I've decided to change my five stars to 3. The pans are still functional, I will still use them, I'm just going to have to wrap parchment paper around the bottom pan because I do not want rust touching my cakes and pies.

nice idea...but coating is cracked in 2 places inside the pan and corrosion is happening now after just 3 uses

This works but now the meatloaf is a bit dry. We will try reducing the time to cook. But at least the meat is not swimming in fat. Overall a good product.

Nice pan - good size - a tiny bit scratched on the bottom when brand new, but what can you do - is not bad enough to return. Is a replacement for a cheaper model ruined by keeping coated ribs in it too long....even this one says, do no store food - remove to container - a forgotten point of advice that I shall try not to forget or ignore in the future!!

great for making muffins where i dont have to pry them loose with a knife and scratch the surface coating off. so easy to clean, no staining.

I used this right after unpackaging it. After baking the muffins, I lightly pushed on the edge of each muffin around the circumference and they lifted right out and I didn't use the paper inserts. I can't wait to make another batch. Regular size muffins are a tease. These are the perfect size. Great product and when and if mine wears out, I will buy another one.

Pans work great, and I love that you can remove the bottoms. Makes cleaning super easy. The only thing was when they arrived the 10” pan was dented. It’s not a big dent but it’s still got a dent.

No se pegan los pasteles (he usado mezclas muy viscosas y aun así no se adhieren), facilísimo de desmontar y noto que los pasteles se cuecen más rápido y homogéneo que en otros recipientes.Solo un detalle en el mecanismo de cierre presenta óxido pero está por afuera, no toca las mezclas que horneas.

Wanted a meat loaf/loaf pan that was PFOA, BPA, and PTFE free. This one is well worth the price. Very happy with the product and love the meat loaf insert allowing you to drain, pull out and serve the meatloaf on a platter [usually meat loaves stick in traditional pans]. Good purchase.

They appear quite sturdy, or at least two of them did. The largest one was defective, with the removable bottom having far too much wiggle room to be in any way effective at sealing in the contents. Will be returning my purchase.

They were just perfect. I'm a male more than six score and ten and made my first white cake for the grand boy's birthday. Should have sprayed the bottom with some pam as the old doll was complaining cause she had to clean them . Will next time. Well worth the money.

I have had other spring form pans in the past. These look really good quality although I havent used them yat. I get a solid feel from them.
