So Disappointed
I should have put more stock in the fact that most of the reviews on this product are for other items. These things are junk, even though they look nice. Neither one worked straight out of the box. One didn't even function with a water test (which instructions say to do 1st). The other, after several attempts, worked with water but then completely quit dispensing once liquid hand soap was added. Wow, these are just a sad representation of what Amazon normally offers it's consumers. A refund was processed straight away and picked up for return today. Thank goodness I am an Amazon Prime member.

Batteries are not included
After having one, you will never want to go back to the old fashioned pumping style. This dispenser is good, n is exactly wat ive been looking for. It has a amount control button, so the amount wouldnt be too much at each pump. I did a easy rinse on the outside, n its atill functining well. And i actually like the matte black.

Great Customer Service
The soap dispensers themselves came working as expect. They are easy to use and nice looking.After about three months, however, one of the two started to leak out from the bottom and stopped working. I contacted the seller, Elflight. Within a day, I received a response and they promptly sent out a replacement. I must say I'm impressed with the customer service and this, by itself, adds a lot of value to this product.

not suited for use by water , Water leaked into battery compartment in 2 weeks use and rusted damaged battery and leaked brown liquid on counter .

Quit Working/Poor Design
It was a great product for a couple of months then quit working. I purchased two. The unit has a "cap" that sits over the battery opening. The "cap" looks like it is supposed to keep the battery compartment dry. Instead, the "cap" holds any water that accidentally drips onto the unit. A gasket would have helped keep the area water free. Poor design.

Decent loose tea
Teas are pretty good. Containers are deceiving - the bottom isn't flat, so you don't get as much as you think you would.
