The Best of Wee Sing

Most songs are already familiar to children and they love to sing along in the car…..beats listening to arguing any day. Haha

I grew up with the Wee Sing series, and had fond memories of the songs, many I still hum to myself today. Its great, simple music, and I really wanted to share it with my daughter, who is currently 22 months old. I was thrilled to find the Wee Sing series on CD (extra cool because if we want to sing a particular song or repeat a song its much easier to do then with cassette). If you only want to purchase one Wee Sing, this is the CD to have, just because they have many of the best songs from the Wee Sing collections. The arrangements have been updated, however, so they don't sound exactly the same as they were before. There are a few songs here and there that I wish were kept in the original format. That being said after hearing it for more than a few times now (my daughter really likes it and we play it almost everyday) the changes are growing on me. The songs bring back great memories.

The Best of Wee Sing is an outstanding CD and music book to have in the car to pass the time during long car rides. There are several particularly long drawn out stretches of road between our house and Grandma's, and singing the Wee Sing makes the time go much faster.The songs are all very short (around 1 - 2 minutes) which is good for little ones whose attention span is short. They are memorable and easy to learn for parents as well. The book includes the lyrics as well as the musical staff so more astute children can sing the correct notes.It is something I highly recommend to parents.

The children in my extended family love these songs. They spent much time in the car, singing along with the CDs. The music keep them entertained and taught them at the same time!

The classic songs I learned as a child and this is the same collection my kids listened to over and over 25 years ago. Now I bought for my grand son and he enjoys all the songs

Purchased for my toddler- great for play time or bed time. He often picks it to go to sleep. CD is durable as he has taken it in and out of the player so many times, lost it among toys, thrown it.. The CD has not skipped at all!

We have a few CDs for our son (21 months) and this is one of our favorites. I grew up listening to Wee Sing Bible Songs in the '80s and am happy to be able to share it with my son now. The Best of Wee Sing has children singing many classic children songs, which my son loves. We also pair along actions and dancing to many of the songs (wheels on the bus, hokey pokey, etc.) which makes it even more fun for home and we do what we can safely in the car.

Was wishing it would be the same voices as on the movies my children watched for years (28 years ago!!), but still love all the songs and my 3 year old granddaughter knows most of the words already. Thanks for making these cds!

Hoy en día la música la puedes escuchar en muchas aplicaciones, pero tener un librito con el CD donde puedas ver las letras así como las partituras de estas cancioncillas ayuda mucho a la hora de intentar enseñárselas a tus hijos.

We have an old cassette version so are delighted to now have the cd. These songs are so much fun to sing with children and grandchildren, especially in the car.

Flotte Lieder, die zum Mitsingen animieren. Das Textheft ist eine nützliche Ergänzung. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auch meine 3-jährige Tochter ist begeistert.
