This bra surprised me!It is easy to put it on with the front closure. There is thoughtful padding underneath the zipper. I doubted it to work as well as it is:the band around my chest seemed looser than other bras.I used to have other high end sports bras, and some felt a lot more substantial and supportive, but with how this bra is built it actually assists with posture.It reduced my pain in my traps significantly.It is very comfortable, and one does not get too hot.I highly recommend it, and will buy it again.

I got this bra yesterday and although I feel a little uncomfortable, when I switch back to my other bras I feel my posture change back to it's old ways. So my guess is that it takes some getting used to. I do feel my shoulders drop back almost immediately. Basically your body will be sore at first, because it is adjusting to a different way of being. I will update in a month if it I feel differently though. I am a 32DD and I got the Medium size. Fits snug and no bouncing or suffocating feeling. It is a bit restrictive and squished near the top, causing some sweatiness but I think it is why there is no bounce. I think you just cant it all. There is some uniboob when zipped all the way up ...but remember if you are working out you dont want your boobs in the way. So I think it does its job but dont expect it to be a normal bra. If you want a bra that will help your posture while you are at a desk and it also doubles as a sports bra, this is the bra for you. If you want a bra that gives you cleavage, while also supporting and not bouncing, this is not the bra for you. It is a working bra, not a going out bra. BUT you can adjust it and zip it up or down slightly so if you are getting sweaty a slight unzip will solve that real quick. Also, one tip, when putting it on, use the clips first and then zip up. I thought it didnt fit at first because i couldnt zip it up, but once you do the clips one by one, the zipping is no problem.

Bra does help with posture. For me it puckers in the back by the shoulder blades so I can't wear it with just a shirt or tank top or tee. Have to wear if under a sweatshirt to hide where it puckers out. Also, does not have any adjustments...either it fits you perfectly or it doesn't. For me it doesn't.Can feel the "pull" on my shoulders to keep my posture erect.Will continue to use it but doubt I will re-order.

I Updated.After a few wears and 2 washes it has nowhere near the same tension so probably will throw out as pretty useless.Original postI do feel it pulls shoulders down and back and like that part but…. The bra component is pretty rubbish. It flattens you chest and the pads which might help give shape move around and get folded and are really difficult to put into any position that could be called flattering.This isn’t cheap but feels it is

I finally decided to wash my AlignMED Posture Sport Bra. I have been using it everyday for I don't know how long. Really! As soon as I put it on in the morning, my body feels so much better. My back is straighter and the comfort is just amazing. I am 5'6 " tall. Weigh 135 lbs. and my torso is very small. I wear 38B bra, and the one that I ordered is a "LARGE". Fits comfortably and it is just perfection to my taste. I also want to mentioned that underwires and bands around your torso are so uncomfortable to me and that is why I also would like to say that this is really comfortable in that area. I got some pictures to show you. When I get done paying for this one, I am getting one in White. I am so happy to have a Bra that really works for me. I did get bigger breast pads so it will complement my body when I am out and about. Lo he estado usando todos los días durante no sé cuánto tiempo. ¡En realidad! Tan pronto me lo pongo por la mañana, mi cuerpo se siente mucho mejor. Mi espalda está más recta y la comodidad es simplemente increíble. Mido 5'6 ". Peso 135 libras y mi torso es muy pequeño. Uso el sujetador que mide 38B y escoji el "GRANDE". Se adapta cómodamente y es perfecto para mi gusto. También quiero mencionar que los aros y las bandas alrededor del torso me resultan muy incómodos y por eso también me gustaría decir que este sujetador es realmente cómodo en esa zona. Tengo algunas fotos para mostrarle. Cuando termine de pagar por este, me compraré uno de color blanco. Estoy muy feliz de tener un sujetador que realmente me funciona. Compré aumentadores para los senos para lucir más grandes y para que complementen mi cuerpo cuando estoy fuera de casa. Ultimamente, 'CONSIGUESE ESTE SUJETADOR DEPORTIVO PARA LA POSTURA',. . . . . no te arrepentirás.

Comfortable fabric and good fit.

I love the design of the sports bra. I wear business attire to work and i like how it comfortably hides under my clothing. I did not receive the same support that I receive with the posture shirts. The bra bunches your breast together making it look like you have a "uni-boob". I purchased 3 bras, XL, L, and Medium, none of them gave me the posture support I needed. $300 down the drain.

This product was recommended by a friend however its truly not suited for anyone larger than a B cup size. I wear a D cup size and the front zipper was so painful that I had to put bandaids on my skin to prevent a blister. I got one anyway. It was comfortable around the shoulders and I liked the design of the back but it simply doesn't have enough support for larger breasted women. I appreciate the three hook closure on the front prior to zipping but the zipper is bulky and this can't be worn under thin clothing without looking odd. It needs an inner breast support to lift rather than just smush. Also with bigger boobs this bra creates a lot of boob sweat in between and requires you to button all the way up in a professional setting. For the price I expected a better fit. We'll see how returning goes.
