I decided to try this product because I was tired of being tired all of the time, always craving carbs, and fighting gaining weight. I feel a lost better taking this, more energized, happier, fuller, but im also gaining weight even tho im taking these and cutting my diet... Hopefully its just my body adapting to them and ill start losing weight.

It take the vitamin, but have seen no difference

So glad I found these supplements!! I'm in my 50’s and basically felt tired all the time. My overall fatigue, brain fog, and creeping weight gain was getting worse.
