Not working for me.
I bought these for their supposed beneficial effects for sleep. They should help you fall asleep as well as help maintain better and longer sleep. I took 3 pills (equals to 3 grams) for a few nights, but didn't have better sleep at all. They are also pretty large. Swallowing 3 of these pills is not very easy :]It may work better for others, unfortunately not for me.

Struggling to sleep
So I have been using these for 2 years now, I only take when struggling to get to sleep, these really help and I only take 1 tablet. Works for me.

Wonderful medicine- it is my go-to chill pill - I feel more confident and less stressed. I love it.

On my third bottle now however not convinced they are doing anything and I might stop purchasing as I think I’ve given them fair amount of time. Not very comfortable with the ingredient list either, quality is reflected in the price as this is one of the cheapest brands and you get what you pay for.

Life changing..for me.
I suffered for many years with coughing up mucus each .orning. i have copd and bronchiectasis. Inhalers have never helped in the past . I decided to try this in combination with NAC..an amino acid as i had read it could help lung inflammation. Within 3 weeks i noticed a difference and now..3 months in i am completely free of retching. I am not saying this will work for you but for me it is life changing.Ps. I dont normally do reviews but this product has been so good for me i needed to share it

Very important if on carnivore diet
This is recommended by dr mercola if your on a carnivore diet unless you have bone broth or collagen supplements
