Nice to find on line
This size/style wasn't available at a Big Box Store. Wasn't in the mood the drive all over town trying to find this size. Works perfectly for my vanity light replacement. Fair price I thought from seller

Great price.
LED replacement bulbs are also available (and more expensive), but after reading the details I learned that LED's aren't dimmable. I like the fact that these halogen bulbs are dimmable. They arrived quickly, were packaged nicely in bubble wrap and the 10-pack will likely last for years to come.

Proven and reliable
I like the old halogen light pucks for adjustable kitchen, display and bar lighting. Am interested in the LED technology but have not yet bought into the longevity and adjustability of the current products. So, I have had great experiences with the 12v halogens and will continue to use them until I get comfortable with the new technology.
