平成25年7月に購入。半年後の今月電気が入らなくなり、画面が真っ黒になりました。近所のパソコン屋さんに持っていって調べてみてもらったところ15年前の型だということです。本体は中身を少し新しくしてウィンドウズに詰み、売られている製品との事でした。

出荷直前検品済みとなっていましたが、wifiが直ぐに切断され、ネットに接続できず。 サポートに問い合わせるも、交換対応ではなく、別途USBに差し込むWiFiを送るとのこと。 金曜日の午前中の回答だったが、火曜日現在まだ到着せず。 整備済品とはいえ、庶民にとっては決して安い買い物ではないため、早急な対応を願いたい。
