I purchased this Marcato Dispenser to accompany my red Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine. The quality of this dispenser is outstanding. It's remarkably heavy and well built. Its a pleasure to use a Dispenser that has a top that securely and easily screws on and off, and doesn't become cross-threaded and stuck like the cheap dispensers. It dispenses flour easily when making pasta, and is a lot less messy than using a flour sifter. I also use this Dispenser to garnish breakfast entrees with Confectioner's Sugar, so my Brioche Strawberry French Toast looks artfully prepared and appetizing. I want to buy another one to use with cocoa powder. I absolutely love it, and worth every penny!

I bought this product to apply a light dusting of flour to my baking mat & pans. It achieves this objective as The sieve size is perfect. I deducted a point in the ratings because the product is expensive

I was happy to see how well made this product is. The dispenser is heavy duty, and opens up on both ends to allow thorough cleaning. I dug out my old pasta maker by the same manufacturer, and found a few items that they make to help make better pasta. So excited to try again after 30 years, lol!

Como se puede apreciar en las fotos la base venia rayada y llena de un liquido semejante al aceite. La base parece oxidada y rayada como si alguien en su afan de limpiarla la hubiera tallado con una lija. Además si uno observa el contorno de la base tiene pequeñas imperfecciones. El empaque venia roto en la esquina superior derecha.Para un producto tan caro y un provedor como Amazon esperaria que existiera un aviso de que el producto es usado y que el precio tuviera un importante descuento. Muy decepcionado del estado en el que llego mi pedido.
