I would suggest this for all parents who is trying to buy a book that illustrate Bible at its best. Each page content is good enough for daily reading. Follows correct interpretationof the stories in Bible. It is published by Harvest kids publishers.

I have been searching for a Christian Bible story book for children for a long time. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.

Good,, they follow bible closely…. Going book by book genesis , exodus . Good for kids 7-10 yo before they progress to good news bible !?! My daughter 6yo,,,, keep asking me to read and read non-stop . We have since finished the entire book of genesis. !

Pedí esta "Biblia" por las imágenes. A mi hija de 3 años y medio le encantan. Son tan detalladas y realistas que puede pasar mucho tiempo varias veces al día viéndolas. Me encanta por que los dibujos despiertan su curiosidad y entonces podemos platicar de las historias en la Biblia además del tiempo de devocional. No le puse 5 estrellas por qué en la historia de Génesis, en la caída, utilizan el nombre de "manzana" para llamar al fruto del conocimiento del bien y del mal, cuando en la Biblia no de menciona el nombre del fruto. Nunca se debe enseñar mentiras o agregar cosas a lo establecido en la Palabra. No eh leído todas las historias, pero por lo menos en esa no esta de acuerdo a las Escrituras.

I was too much worried when buying this Bible, because of all kinds of bad reviews. But I decided to give a try because all children's Bibles had atleast some people giving very bad reviews, so I had to give it a blind-trial on something. It turns out, the trial was extremely successful. I bought it for my 1.5 month old. I read two pages daily for him. He listens to it attentively and looks at the pictures and gets excited and makes sounds as much as he can (yes, you heard it right: 7 weeks old baby!) Pros: 1) colorful prints and pictures. love them. 2) stories are short enough. They don't measure my babies' patience. They have carefully divided long stories into two or ten stories (eg the story of Moses and exodus) as seems suitable. I like that idea 3) It covers all major Bible stories. I can forsee my baby becoming well versed in all major Bible stories by the time he is seven or eight years of age, when he will graduate/transition from this 'child-Bible' to a 'full adult Bible'. What I like is that my baby will be able to use this Bible until about 10 or 11 years of age- so worth every dollar spent!! I also forsee myself reading this Bible for my upcoming children (not born yet:-). 4) I read complaints (and was very concerned) about them cutting short the stories abruptly and changing the stories. So far I have read about 30% of the whole book and I haven't encountered any stories stopping abruptly. Also I have realized one thing. who is using this? Obviously someone less than 10 years old. If and when your child becomes old enough to question about the logic of the story and finding out mistakes, if any, I guess that is the time to transition to a full adult Bible. Cons 1)The book is very heavy, which I should have expected. My hand hurts since I have to carry my baby and the book together. When my baby is old enough to sit on his own, the heaviness wont be a problem as I can rest the Bible on the floor and read it for him. As of now , if I keep it on the floor, my baby cannot look at the pictures, so I have to take it in my hands.

Very nice illustration, the stories are pretty complete. More for chidren from 6 and above. I can recommend this product.
