Sharper Image Tabletop Fireplace Black

Our gas fireplace is unusable because the parts needed are both no longer made and not up to current code. To put in a whole new fireplace will cost several thousand dollars due to the location and surround. So here comes a beautiful, temporary fix for our dilemma. This is a very nice size and sits front and center between our favorite couch and the television. Easy to use, gives us an hour and a half on 1/2 bottle of fuel, and actually puts out some heat! The flames rise up 4 to 6” above the glass, so you have a nice gig flame.

Very pretty and easy to use. I have it by my jet tub in the master bathroom. Love it!

I really like this tabletop fireplace. I got it to add warmth to my holiday gatherings. Everyone commented on how great it looked. The problem is that it only lasted about an hour. It isn't like you can just add fuel to keep it going. You have to wait for it to fully cool off to add fuel so basically we enjoyed it for an hour. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. Came in on time and in perfect condition. Became the centerpiece of our living room. Everyone is impressed, not only with the appearance, but of the warmth that comes from it. No objectionable smell at all and once you get used to filling it (I use a small funnel with a screen in it to keep the pour under control) it's easy to use. You have to let it cool completely before refilling it, but each fill will give you about 2 hrs of ambiance and warmth. Well worth the investment, but be prepared to spend money on fuel, and get the right bio-fuel, as the incorrect fuel (Like lamp oil) will not only make a mess, but will ruin the fireplace.

It’s ok but uses a LOT of fuel. Overall ok but did not quite meet my expectations.
