Not enough adhesive
The cut outs were neat and good.. the only and big problem was the majority of toothpicks weren’t stuck to the toppers. This made it difficult to use them on the cupcakes, as I opened the pack directly at the event..

Looked great other than characters were falling off tooth pick. Had to tape back in place.
