Once finished installation tried it and it was leaking at the diverter knobI wanted to talk to manufacturer to see if they can just shipped me a new diverter. No phone number provided. Talk to Amazon support and they told me to order another one, they gave me credit for original one, so I ordered another one.I installed this one too and it also leaked in same place. (See attached video). I liked the shower system but no support from manufacturer. Won't buy it again.I gave up and returned the second one too.

Just installed my shower kit the other day and was hesitant to purchase being no reviews for this product however I am pleasantly surprised how good it looks installed and the function. Great water pressure without touching anything but it has regulators that can be removed if you need additional pressure. The whole rod is metal as well as a heavy duty water line for the handheld. The only parts plastic are the shower head and handle itself as well as the adjustable bracket which is fine because if those are to ever break down the road I can just purchase a quick replacement without having to replace the entire assembly. The only part of this that wasn't correct is it says it fits right into existing shower supply but once you remove the existing shower arm you will need a double male end straight piece of brass about 3" long in connect the new into the old but I found that part at local hardware store in the plumbing section and was cheap so no biggy. Overall very happy with the turn out and will review again in 6 months follow up.

So after reading all the reviews and knowing that there is a possibility of leaking my husband carefully used the ceiling tape on every piece of it and so far no leaking. Next lesson to know if you get a drillbit for tile it will make installing this much easier. Last lesson we can share is have a hacksaw ready to do the coding because it you might need it. So far we love it and it looks beautiful it is that last add attach to a bathroom that makes it look gorgeous I love the rubbed bronzed finish

I purchased two of these for a home renovation we were doing. Sadly the work on our bathrooms was heavily delayed by the contractor. By the time these were installed it was too late to return. The fixture leaks in three places, one of them leaking back into the wall. I tried replacing all of the washers and o-rings. I also used a higher quality Teflon tape. All three connections still leaked. I am now stuck with two useless shower fixtures, wasted a lot of money (over $300 between the two) and time. I don't even feel right trying to sell the unopened one to try and get a little of my money back. As mentioned in a few other reviews of this fixture, you get what you pay for.

Installation was pretty straightforward. Brushed finish is beautiful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn’t come with double side 1/2” male adapter and top trim at shower plumbing could of been a bit bigger, it doesn’t cover all of the hole cut out for plumbing so I will have to find matching trim for that. I removed water restrictions out of head and handheld sprayer water flow is great but I can’t remark on how it would be is they were left in. Top bar is approximately 9” higher then wall plumbing. Holder for handheld sprayer is plastic but for the price it’s expected to have a few lower quality pieces. Over all I’m happy with it.

The unit looked good, the install directions were pretty bad but i fought thru that. The ultimate issue was it leaked at the wall connection. Tried various adapators, new rings, etc. would not stop. I ultimately bought a new one at Home Depot, cost me $80 more but no leak and did not require drilling into my newly placed tile. Gave 2 stars because company did give me a refund which i appreciated.

I just installed this same style shower in bright chrome which is pictured. Brushed nickel was ordered, and then I realized it didn’t match my other fixtures. The nickel is a very sharp looking finish as you would expect. The installation requires you to use a 3/4” brass “nipple” ( male x male ) to connect the shower set to the elbow buried in your wall, and this nipple has to be the correct length so the shower will set up flush with the wall. So unthread the old shower head spout and measure how long you need, and buy the longer and shorter sizes too (or a full set might be cheaper). Now that the top is attached you need to mark the bottom where it anchor to the wall, and drill into the wall, which likely requires a ceramic/glass drill bit. I didn’t use the plastic “Molly” provided because my wall has plywood blocking, but you would use it for a gyp board or cement backer board. It also comes with thread tape, but I added paste thread sealant.The large shower head is mounted with a ball socket so it can be angled a little, but it’s so wide it needs a lot of water pressure to really spray hard. The hand shower has better spray velocity. My house has rather low water pressure so your results may vary.

This looks great, and would be a fantastic product, if it didn't leak out of where it connects to the wall, and where the hose for the handle connects. Tried a bunch of stuff, eventually used sealant to prevent leaking. Also, like the other review I read, an adapter may be necessary to purchase in order to have it connect to your current pipe - it's too short as is. Once we spent the extra time for trial and error, and money for additional stuff to fit it and stop the leaks, I really like it. However, at this price...I would probably buy a different product if I had it to do over.
