Very well made kickboard. I am having trouble holding onto it but hope that will change after I've used it a bit. I bought it to help strengthen my lower body and back. Just started using it so I cannot comment on the progress yet. It is a nice board!

I am 63 years old. When I go to the pool, I mostly want to cool off and just relax. I stay out of the swimming lanes and just meander. Yea, I'm lazy but at my age I've earned it. This board allows me to just float around. I'm 6'3" and weigh 230 and it supports me well enough. I wouldn't use this as a kickboard to hold out front and swim as something smaller would be better and much more functional. But for the lazy life this is something (unlike an inflatable) that the pool rules allow.

Most advertised similar devices end up being much too small for an adult - even though most product descriptions claim otherwise. This one, however, is the real deal. It’s big, lightweight, but very buoyant. I weigh 190 #, and I can slide it under my belly and float/swim like a bobber.

These are a good size for adults. My husband has back issues and needs to be able to exercise his core and leg muscles. These kickboard are the perfect size for him (6' 4", 205lbs).

This kickboard has enough buoyancy to properly support an adult when doing kicking laps in the pool. Tried others from Amazon first, but they just sink with very little weight.

Large and sturdy.
