great food, not so great farts
Was originally feeding my doxie pup Hill's Science Diet, as per my vet's recommendation. Then I went to PetSmart and the guy there told me Hill's was owned by Mar's Candy and that it's horrible food. I went home and did some research and sure enough, Hill's doesn't have the best reputation. After doing some research, I came across Instinct and found it to be a top-rated food with balanced ingredients. I dehydrate it and mix in some Vetoquinol Nutri-Cal (per vet) and my pup absolutely loves it. It's a little on the pricy side, but i don't mind paying a premium for a healthy furbaby. However, be warned -- the farts are INTENSE.

Don’t rely on subscribe and save to deliver on time
Love this food for my animals. Even the cats eat it! Makes no one sick when changing fro other foods etc.My issue is with Amazon subscribe and save. I’ve been waiting forEVER for my delivery, then receive an email that delivery is delayed…days later I went to check delivery and says item “may be lost” . My animals need the food today. So I cancel my order and Amazon marks it as “customer refused delivery”. Ummmmm? No I didn’t! My animals want their food. I want a refund so I can buy it today, locally!

Was recommend this by my friend she my puppy loves it! I let her have some kibble mixed with water in morning and soft food mixed with kibble. she loves it! 😊 The ingredients of it are pretty good too.

My Pup's Favorite Food
What my dog eats is very important to me. Not all dog food tastes the same and not everything is digested equally. I am what most would consider to be a helicopter mom. I made my own dog food for almost a year because I didn't like how man random and unnecessary fillers were in most dog foods. I did a lot of research on which brands to try and luckily, it didn't take long for me to find Instinct. We LOVE this brand. My pup eats it mixed in with other things and will also eat it from a treat dispenser whenever possible. It is a more expensive brand of dog food, which is the only downside. I have a 75lb labradoodle who can seriously eat.

Good for the pickiest dog
Give it to all five of our dogs. From four years old down to puppies. Other than the fresh food I make for them from chicken and rice this is the best quality food for them and they all love it!

Good but the entire bag was basically shredded dog food.
I stopped buying this on amazon after my last purchase because the entire bag of dog food was basically shredded crumbs and that made me nervous feeding it to my dog (considering the rise of scammers on here and false products).I would recommend this dog food IF you're able to buy it in person at a pet store or online from a reputable seller.
