The Big Bang Theory Soft Kitty Singing Plush

I have had a Soft Kitty and loved him. He wore out unfortunately. The new one I ordered came with a broken paw. You push the paw to make him sing. Since his paw was faulty, he could not sing. I was very disappointed because I love to hear him sing so much. I sent him back. I contacted the company and they said he is a collectible and could not promise that another one would work. It was quite expensive to send him back.

So when I first received this item it was defective; the song wouldn't play) So I contacted the seller and received a quick response the following day stating they would send me a new one free of charge with expedited shipping. Of course I was ecstatic about this and would have raved about the item and the product if this had been the end of the story. But a week and a half goes by (this was suppose to be a Christmas gift and Christmas was only a few days ahead at this point) and still no new item. so I contact the seller again and again, they tell me that they are sorry for the inconvenience but that my item had not been sent out yet. Not sure why it took them a full week and half to let me know this, or better yet, for me to email them first for them to tell me this. Days go by after Christmas and still no word, so I contact them again and they tell me they will be sending out my shipment in a couple of business days and that they will let me know when that happens. Of course at this point I'm livid, as again CHRISTMAS PRESENT! and it's past Christmas. I finally get the toy a couple of days later on a Saturday without any email letting me know that they had sent it out like expressed. I get the toy and once again it is defective. The song does not play on this one either. Now at this point I'm boiling as I had to go through all of that just to get another defective item. Right before I was about to go on and just demand my money back, my mother comes into the room and tells me that she fiddled with the wiring and made it work and presto! we finally have a working talking soft kitty after going through all of that mess. I let the seller know that they may want to change the way in which the package the item, as I feel it gets damaged during shipment because it was sent in nothing but a plastic bag both times. although a stuffed animal, it does have wiring and fragile parts that can get damaged. If you are going to buy this I'd say be careful, tinker with the wiring fist if when you get it and it does not work, then contact seller about a replacement (ask them to send it in a box if they haven't changed the way the ship it already).I guess I was also a little disappointed with the voice. It's a random girls voice- it would have been cooler in Sheldon's own voice or even Penny's.

So ask a Big Bang Fanatic if they love this product lol. I have been trying to get my hands on this for months now but it hasn't been available and out of stock across sites on the internet. As soon as we found that my husband and I were expected I went on a hunt. I was so glad to see this available on Amazon. It is cute as can be. The voice is clear when pushing the paw and even our new kitten likes it. It is soft. It is not recommended to let infants play with it. We mainly bought for "crying emergencies" and "fuzzy periods" to calm him down by playing the sound. I loved the fact that the seller left a little note in the package that the product had been tested to assure quality and functionality. Can't ask for more reassurance that they took pride and care and stand behind in what they offer for sale. Thank you.

I bought this as a gift for my niece who was 4 at the time and obsessed with the Soft Kitty song and loves the Big Bang Theory. She has me sing it to her at night sometimes as a lullaby. It is wonderful and a good size for kids or little cuddles. The volume is good on it as well, you can hear it clearly from a few feet a way.The only reason I marked it down is because the batteries in the one I got were leaking battery juice and they were stuck together and BAD! I would recommend anyone who buys one checks on the batteries even if it works fine just to be sure your not going to move or cuddle it one day and get battery liquid all over you, or heaven forbid an animal or child get some on them or into any orifices.

Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty. Little ball of furr. Happy Kitty, Sleepy Kitty. Purr Purr Purr!I adore my Soft Kitty. It makes me feel better when I'm sick and it is oh, so snuggable. High quality, sounds like Penny. Perfect size, good materials, uses the little round LR44 batteries x3. Don't store with the batteries in and check it every so often if on display. I have mine on a shelf and I play it once in a while. One day, it didn't play, so I checked the batteries and one had corroded. It wasn't bad ... nothing a little Q-tip dipped in alcohol couldn't clean up but just be aware those batteries can corrode too. If you love TBBT this Soft Kitty is a must have.

It's very cute. It's very well made. Its at a great price. You can here the soft kitty song very clear and at a good volume. It was a great purchase. My daughter had been ill and it was her birthday, so I thought soft kitty would be perfect and she loves it very much.

We were very excited to see the soft kitty plush for sale through Amazon. This doll was rather expensive and the shipping to Hawaii made the expense even more questionable. However the $40 price seemed well worth the surprise for my baby niece. When the plush arrived, we quickly opened the box to discover that the song did not play. We changed the batteries and still the song did not play. We are very disappointed to have received an expensive plush. The soft kitty is cute, but not worth the price being that the song does not play. We have written to the seller and did not receive a new doll. Please do not be fooled like we were.

I have a special bond with my granddaughter. She loves when I sing "soft Kitty" to her. Since we cannot see each other because of these difficult times, I was very excited to order this special toy to do it with her when we video chat. It just made a very difficult time more difficult and sad. The battery is so old that when you took out the pouch to pull the tab, it was all corroded so it was not even safe to handle. When there is very little to look forward to every day in this quarantine, this was suppose to be a bright spot and it did not shine for sure. Stay safe and well.

Arrived so much sooner than expected which was great. I'm a huge big bang fan so now that the series has ended 😢 i wanted to get a souvenir and I've not seen this soft kitty anywhere in the UK so when i saw it here i couldn't resist. It definitely sound's like penny's voice to me, she doesn't sound too happy singing it just like in the episode where she was forced to sing it to Sheldon 😄 i love it. I highly recommend this product for all big bang theory fans. 🐈

Came a lot quicker than I thought it was going to.Packaged really well, although it did actually say on the packaging what it was, so that wouldn't have been ideal if it was for a present for someone who lived with me, but as it was only for me that didn't make any difference.It's really cute. It's not very big but it was the size I was expecting, so if you're expecting this to be pretty big make sure you take a look at the sizes first so you won't be disappointed.And the software kitty song is in penny's voice, I'd looked on various sites and none of them actually said if it was her voice or not, thankfully I wasn't disappointed.Also this was the cheapest price I had seen anywhere by quite a large amount so I was a bit concerned that it was maybe a copy one and not official big bang theory, but there was no need for my concern, it is official big bang with all the tags and logos. So don't let the fact that this is cheaper than other places worry you, it is genuine.

My daughter is a Big Bang Theory fan and loves this episode so when I saw this I thought was a must even tho its a little pricey for just a a cuddle cat but it sits on her bed and she is happy
