After a day in the freezer, the mask held its cold for about 30 minutes on my forehead. I love the way it puts pressure on my eyes because that really helps my headaches.I wish the mask extended to cover both the eyes AND forehead. I kept moving it back and forth. The coldness felt great, and even after the coolness dissipated, the pressure on my eyes felt helpful.I used the cream - who knows if it worked but my headache did go away. Its active ingredient is a muscle relaxer, so maybe it played a role.

I found the mask difficult to fit comfortably when it comes straight out of freezer. Instructions for placement should be included so a person can be prepared but even though the fabric is soft, the filling is a bit painful on the eyes due to the weightiness. Migraines hurt bad enough and are quite debilitating, use this quickly enough and you might get a quarter ounce relief but chances are not as high as this little masks leads one to believe.

Amazing, this actually took care of my migraine and let me go on with my day in half the time they my traditional medicine does.

Not sure the cream helps any, but the mask is very nice.

I was very pleased with this product, it helped to relieve my migraines within 15 minutes after applying the cream and using the sleep mask.

Does not work well as advertise. Sticking with usual product I use.
