Based on personal experience After using few days, machine worked perfectly and air freshener lavender fragrance wow. Highly recommended.

Machine seems to be of decent quality and should last couple of years, i did not like the fragrance of lavender and lotus variant at all. It is not sweet or fresh smelling.

The media could not be loaded. I like the fragrance, its really good, there are a lot of options to choose from. But the machine is cheap and its based on an internal timer, it would trigger 24x7 day or night. I didn't like that, so modified it to work with home assistant. Wired its motor (dc toy motor, who knows how long it will last, but easily replaceable) to a d1 mini and now, home assistant is triggering the dispense action, which is a lot more efficient. Also adjusted the timing to dispense much less that the stock timer. My unit is wired now so, don't have to worry about battery.Overall, I like the design, optimization and the fragrance. The dispenser machine is cheap, it shouldn't cost this much to be honest.

Total waste of money ! Just worked for 7 days then making wierd noises, often frightening when room is silent especially in winters ! Worked very well in initial 7 days was very happy about it but is showed reality after 1 week.Also be ware there is no warranty of any kind on it !Refill given is worst didn't even last 7 days (medium intenisty) leave what they promise of 70 days (low intensity). Now just sends gas out like fake gaseous deos/scents with no effect whatsoever.Their business mainly earns by selling refills but will never ever again buy such products.Prefer normal room freshners coming in solid form or best use flowers this item is worse !And their Bennit (Airwick) customer support worst have ever seen in any company.a. First you will find it very difficuilt to find number to call tob. Customer service way of talking will be very rude not at all supportive with only aim send back any customer coming to them empty handed in any way no chances of refund/replacement only working for companyc. On calling will try to make situation look like you have done something & are wrongd. Even after sending bill, videos will not help in any waySo don't think of any solution/replacement if product becomes faulty anyway after amazon replacement period ! Total money will go waste !Will have to keep that non/wrong working item with you only.Will never recommend anyone to buy Airwick products as customer support is nill !
